There has been a lot of interest over the reasons behind the sudden cancellation of <JYJ’s Real 24>, a reality program portraying JYJ’s everyday life. Cable TV Chanel QTV had been filming JYJ’s days in a documentary format and had planned to air it.

On the sudden cancellation, JYJ’s rep expressed his disappointment during a phone interview, stating that “we received a one-sided notice today. We had filmed for a month and are very disappointed.”

Furthermore, he said, “we really regret JYJ’s inability to freely pursue their activities. Right now, that is what’s most disappointing and heart-breaking. Our hearts are just full of  sadness. These unjust decisions are not only hurting fans, but JYJ as well.”

After hearing about the recent turn of events, JYJ fans expressed their opinions, stating “we want to see JYJ as soon as possible,” “I’m angry and hurt that JYJ’s activities cannot be assured,” and “I want to see JYJ quickly, but am saddened because we run into walls every time.”

The program was planned to consist of a total of 8 episodes, and had gathered a lot of interest from fans because it was a reality program that was supposed to show the members’ every day lives by following them 24/7. The program was supposed to reveal the members’ houses, something that hasn’t been revealed before on television.

Fans, who have been waiting for the program, could not hide their disappointment at the cancellation notice. Fans have been criticizing QTV, stating things such as, “let us at least hear the reason behind this,” “how can you suddenly cancel after advertising the program,” “and I knew this would happen since the postponement.”
